Refund Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to My Site Alerts, operated by YouPage LLC dba My Site Alerts. We want you to be confident before you pay, so you can try the Service first.

Free plan and free trial

The Free plan costs nothing. The Business plan includes a 7-day free trial with access to all features. No charge is made during the trial, and if you don't upgrade, your account simply returns to the Free plan.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy after your first payment for a paid plan, monthly or annual, email [email protected] within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. This applies once per customer.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. If you are charged for an annual renewal you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and, provided the plan hasn't been used heavily since renewal, we will refund it.

Downgrades

Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't give partial refunds or credits for unused time, except where the law requires it.

Service problems

If a prolonged problem on our side stops the Service working for you, contact us and we will review it fairly, which may mean a credit or a partial refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Accounts closed for breach of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
